Working Hours & Holidays
Labour regulations prescribe the maximum quantity of working hours of workers at 48 hours per week. Where function is deemed hazardous, working hours might not exceed 42 hours a week or not a lot more than 7 hours a day.

Kids over 15 but under 18 should not be created to work among the hours of 10pm and 6am unless they are film or theatre performers or are engaged in comparable work or compelled to function on traditional holidays, weekly holidays or in the course of their annual leave. No one under 18 years is allowed to carry out function prejudicial to their health, morals and safety.
Welfare The employer is necessary by law to provide adequate drinking facilities, washrooms and toilets for employees and must have very first aid and medical facilities offered on the premises. The extent of such facilities depends on the nature of organization and quantity of employees.
Working Rules & Regulations An employer with 10 or a lot more regular workers is needed to establish written rules and regulations in the Thai language governing function performance and to display these regulations at the function premises.
